Dick de Jong

Dick de Jong, a 25+ year veteran in the IT industry, combines in-depth knowledge of state-of-the-art technology with a deep understanding of the business impact of IT on cable manufacturers. He is passionate about translating IT capabilities into real business value for cable manufacturers. 

In 1987, Dick began his career as an ERP software engineer to many customer projects before joining Proloq in 1995. At Proloq, he was pivotal in developing the architecture for an Industry Solution especially for cable manufacturers. While cooperating with customers he was very successful in translating the needs of the industry into feasible technical solutions based on Baan technology. 

After Proloq was acquired, Dick pursued career opportunities at Baan Company and Cordys. As senior software engineer he contributed to challenging projects using state-of-the-art technology, and developed a wide scope of in-depth technological know-how.

Dick is excited to leverage his rich industry and technology experience with the strong and innovative Microsoft Dynamics platform while building a modern, adaptive Industry Solution for the cable industry.
