Albert Groothedde has a proven track record of leadership in the IT industry combined with a special connection to the cable manufacturing industry… Albert started his career as a cable industry consultant for Proloq. As an Industry Director for the Cable sector at Baan Company, he acquired a deep understanding of the business needs of cable companies. He was responsible for the definition and the launch of the Baan Industry Solution for Cable. Albert expanded his international leadership experience as Director of Global Customer Support at Cordys, a global BPMS software supplier. His business development activities are focused on generating synergy and added value for customers, partners and the company. Albert graduated as a mechanical engineer at the University of Delft, The Netherlands. He holds an Executive MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management. As a founding co-owner of InnoVites, Albert is returned to his ‘first love’: the wire & cable industry. He is passionately committed to the mission of the company to deliver software solutions specifically designed for manufacturing and distribution companies in the wire & cable business.
